Maria and Tim have been serving Copperas Cove since September 2023. What they set out to build was simple: a place where the food is made from scratch, the coffee keeps coming, and everybody who walks through the door gets treated like family.
That is still the whole idea. The biscuits are made here. The sausage gravy is made here. Where we do bring something in, we go looking for the good stuff rather than the cheap stuff — because that is what a hometown diner is supposed to do.

A Place In The Cove
Copperas Cove is a town where people know each other. Kids come in with their grandparents. Folks from Fort Cavazos stop by before a shift. Regulars get their coffee poured before they sit down.
We serve breakfast and lunch all day, every day we’re open, because people should be able to eat what they actually want at whatever hour they walk in.
